Graham Equipment Truck Sales & Used Parts LLC specializes in the sales of over-the-road tractors, vocational trucks, day cabs, and now Japanese 4 x 4 mini trucks - Trailbuster.

We have a 5 bay service and paint facility to handle a wide variety of reconditioning, mechanical repairs and bodywork so your truck is ready to go when you purchase.

Graham Equipment was founded by Gary Graham to serve the over-the-road truck industry. Gary has over 20 years experience in truck and equipment sales, service and management. A native of northeast Oklahoma, he chose to locate this facility in Welch OK because of its small town values and convenient location in the central US. We carry a variety of used trucks including Freightliners, Internationals, Peterbilts and Macks, but we can find whatever you need if we don't have it on hand. We can facilitate converting sleepers to day cabs, tandems to singles, and add dump beds.

We have recently expanded into the market for Japanese 4 x 4 mini trucks. These gas sipping mini trucks are an excellent alternative to ATVs and full size pickups. We carry Honda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Subaru and Daihatsu Japanese Mini Trucks. We primarily purchase 660cc liquid cooled engine models with good miles and 4 x 4 transmissions. We recondition them upon arrival in the U.S. prior to selling them. Their features include full instrumentation, heat/defrost, wipers, headlights and turn signals, some with a/c, bed capacity approximately 900 pounds, drop down sides,some with dump beds, 40-50 MPG, seat belts, and radios!
